Roger Varner JR.
Roger is the founding attorney of Roger Varner Injury Law. Immediately prior to founding the firm, Roger was a lawyer for one of the largest defense law firms in the Southeast, representing corporations and insurance companies in claims for personal injury, workers' compensation, and business torts. In the years before, Roger was with a boutique law firm in the Mobile area where he also defended corporations and insurance companies.
In November 2021, Roger left defense law to found the firm so he could advocate for the rights and interests of claimants across the country in all aspects of injury and business law. Roger brings his years of experience in defending businesses and corporations to zealously represent the people.
Roger received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies and Master of Arts in Communication Management with a concentration in Politics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. While a student at the University of Alabama School of Law, Roger was an active member of Alabama’s trial advocacy team.
During his years representing businesses and insurance companies, Roger was recognized as a “Best Lawyers - Ones to Watch” in the fields of Commercial Litigation, Insurance Law, and Workers Compensation-Employers. In his practice, Roger has litigated and tried cases throughout the Southeast. Roger is admitted to practice law in Alabama, New Jersey, and New York.
